Bonnie Adam has always enjoyed helping others to feel better.
Her private clinic is Pathways Healing in downtown Guelph.

Bonnie has been practicing and teaching Reiki since 2001.
She ran a volunteer community acupuncture treatment program for 2 years at Hope House in Guelph.
She loves to dabble in the kitchen making home-made tinctures, infusions and balms from locally harvested plants.
In addition to being a Registered Acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario, Bonnie is a Certified Cupping Therapist with The International Cupping Therapy Association.
Bonnie is also studying herbal medicine at Wild Rose College of Herbal Medicine!

Megan is a busy mom and wife, who wears many more hats. She can tell you that most days she used to be unbalanced, unenergetic and lost. She can confidently say she has been searching for some kind of breakthrough for a long while.
One of the things that she started as a form of stress relief was meditation. She had meditated before but found it hard to keep her monkey-mind from wandering, it seemed like a lot of effort! But one time things felt different, she felt wide-open to it! She noticed immediately a surge in energy and well-being that she had not felt before. It was so beautiful, yet she was a little taken aback because it was so powerful.
This made her realize that there is a lot more to energy than what we observe with our eyes! Her interest in learning about energy and working with energy grew more and more.
Then, a friend suggested that she might want to learn Reiki.
Megan completed her Level 3 Reiki training in 2019, and has been providing Reiki to clients professionally since then. Reiki has been immensely helpful to her personally, and as a practitioner, it has been an honour to hold energetic space for her clients on their healing journey. As a highly sensitive person who is prone to being over stimulated and chronically stressed, Reiki has helped her to lower her stress levels which has given her more energy to take care of her family and herself. Creativity is also important part of her self-care routine which also helps to lower her stress levels. She is currently facilitating a 6-month online group called "Self-Care Through Creative Art" which gives participants the opportunity to learn some helpful creative self-care practices in a small group setting to add to their self-care toolbox. Megan is also offering Weekend Creative Wellness Retreats at the family cottage in Sauble Beach, Ontario. The retreats are designed for two friends and a printed workbook and creative supplies are supplied. You can find more information about it here: Creative Wellness Retreat - (meganjlaw.com)
